1 Information We Collect

FranScore does not require account registration and does not collect personally identifiable information. We only process the minimum information necessary to provide our service.

All user data including bookmarks and simulation results are stored exclusively on the user's device and are never transmitted to external servers.

3 Data Retention and Deletion

Uninstalling the app will automatically delete all locally stored data.

4 Third-Party Sharing

FranScore does not share your personal information with third parties. The following external service operates under its own privacy policy:

5 Advertising

FranScore v1.0 does not contain any advertisements. If ads are introduced in future versions, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

6 Children's Privacy

FranScore does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.

7 Security

All API communications are encrypted using HTTPS (SSL/TLS)
User data is stored exclusively on device, eliminating external data leakage risk
Franchise data is retrieved through the official Korea Fair Trade Commission API

8 Data Source

All franchise information provided by FranScore is based on Korea Fair Trade Commission disclosure data (data.go.kr).

The Health Score is a reference indicator based on publicly available data and does not constitute investment or business advice. Please consult with professional franchise advisors before making any business decisions.

9 Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, we will notify users through in-app announcements. The revised policy takes effect on the date it is posted.
